We had issues getting in contact with the home owner, Property was not clean when we arrived. I sent the following comments to the homeowner without a response. “I am writing to you to let you know that this am at 5:30 (Sunday) we packed up , locked the house and put back the hide a key and walked a 3/4 mile to another hotel and booked the remaining portion of our stay in Florence. Comments to the homeowner:- large amounts of white powder around border of sitting room ? Insect repellent / no one felt comfortable taking off there shoes or walking around the apartment without them, not shown in VRBO photos (see pictures)Apartment appeared to be partially uncleaned- not all trashes emptied- Cleaning materials leaned up against the wall by entrance doorway? - Used paper towels on bed side table, - women’s bra insets stuck to couch(see pictures)Overall all physical condition of apartment was subpar and misleading from your VRBO photos. - entry light not working in apartment- doorway to sitting room completely chipped - chipped paint around toilet. - AC not working and there were no instructions to use . “
