Apartment Ferruce, for 4 people

Located in the Balance District, in a quiet area, our duplex apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned (the air conditioning is reversible) and is newly renovated.

Upstairs, you will find the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave). In the living room, there is a large corner sofa, and for your meals, you have a table with 4 chairs.

A small staircase leads to the office space. You will find two lovely bedrooms: the first with a King size bed (180x200). And the second with a bunk bed that can accommodate 2 adults, 1 adult/1 child, or 2 children.

Finally, a lovely bathroom with a corner bath, double sink, towel dryer, and WC.

All bed linen is provided (sheets, duvets, towels, tea towels).

You also have an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner available...

The apartment is of course equipped with a good WIFI connection.

Parking: our apartment is located right next to a paid and covered public parking (the Palais des Papes parking), very convenient. We offer, for those interested, our parking card.

Cleaning: all cleaning products are provided for your use. Please take care of our home and leave it as you found it upon arrival.

Parking: our apartment is located next to a paid public and covered parking (the parking of the Palais des Papes), very convenient. For those interested, we offer our parking card for a fee of 15 euros/day or 90 euros for the week.

Cleaning: all cleaning products are provided for your use. Please take care of our home and leave it as you found it upon arrival.
