A country house, a secluded spot in the heart of Tuscany with a fireplace, just a short walk from the hiking trail. House (108 square metres) in Tuscany, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, with a panoramic view and a private garden. The house is located on a hill, 600 metres from the historic centre of Pescia, between Florence and Pisa. The main drawback is that the house is a 500-meter walk from the car park, whether from the historic Casa di Nazareth monastery (the elevation gain to the house is 81 metres) or from the Monte restaurant in Pescia. The atmosphere is very welcoming. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor is the living room combined with the kitchen. The house is spacious enough for 4 people. If desired, 2 people can sleep on the living room sofa. In addition, new mattresses, blankets, pillows, and bed linens have been purchased.
Guests have access to all rooms in the house and a private garden with a dining area.
