The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest bathroom for added convenience. The bright living room, integrated with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, is perfect for relaxing or preparing meals. The sofa bed allows up to 3 guests to stay comfortably.

Guests can enjoy a shared rooftop swimming pool with a sun deck, offering panoramic views. Private parking is available for your convenience.

Calheta Hills III is ideally located for tranquility, natural landscapes, and easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local amenities. Calheta is known for its golden sandy beach, marina, and relaxed atmosphere, with opportunities for hiking, water activities, and exploring local culture.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.

By making a booking, the guest accepts the house rules and terms of stay.
