Guests will have full access to the ground floor of this large house close to the University of Hull with 2 bedrooms, hallway, open kitchen/living area and a bathroom. Access also the rear garden of the property is via the back bedroom.
Please note the landlady of the property lives in the upstairs of the house with separate bedroom , bathroom and kitchen. The only shared area is the entrance main door into the house with then a separate entrance to stairs to the upstairs landlady`s property.
This property consists of 2 well sized ground floor bedrooms 1 king & 1 small double at a quite location close to the junction of Beverley Road and Cottingham Road.
Hull City centre is only a 10 min drive away and the vibrant, bohemian culture of Princes Avenue 5 minutes away.
Masterlock with keys set
There is a security deposit of £75 required for the booking returned checkout day.
