The property is amazing. We brought our own paddle-boards and it was so easy to put in from the floating dock. Three Sisters was so close. We paddled there mult times a day! They were safe when not in use. The owner next door was super sweet. The condo was spacious and clean. The host was very responsive. The location is perfect. It was very peaceful. I highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Crystal River. The condo could have been a little cleaner. The bed wasn’t real comfortable. But it served its purpose of being a place to stay while we got our scuba certification.

Fantastic property with everything you need! Perfect location with quick access to the Springs. You can watch the manatees swim in the channel right outside the window! The host is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Comfortable stay that was swimming distance from the manatees! Loved using the kayaks. Full size fridge and pots and pans. Bring quarters for washing machine or use the laundry mat just down the road.

Quick getaway

Although the property is an older building it was clean and had what we needed for our stay. Great proximity to Three Sisters Springs and water access for our kayaks. Will consider staying here again if we return to the area.

Great stay in Crystal River

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was comfortable, and the location on the canal / near Three Sisters Springs was amazing. We also appreciated all the suggestions provided by the owner for things to do, restaurants, etc. We had delicious seafood with waterfront views at The Crab Plant and Waterfront Social during our stay. We definitely plan to go back!

Comfy stay for Manatee Lovers

Cant beat the location. Great for manatee lovers and close to Three Sisters and great restaurants. Communicative property manager and easy check in and out. Had the absolute best birthday weekend. Perfect for us and just a cute property. Would def book again.

We stayed at this property due to its proximity to the spring. It was lovely! If you are looking for privacy - this is probably not the property for you!

thanks for the 5 star review....I wish this guest would have been more specific about the privacy comment. You have complete privacy in the unit (curtains and shades for all windows). Our fenced backyard is a common backyard for all guests staying at our location (we have 4 units). most guests enjoy interaction with others vacationing and enjoying the water, kayaks and manatees/wildlife that often visits our docks....Pete

The location was amazing! The check in process was great. The only complaint is that the top bunk bed was full of sand. It leads me to believe those sheets were not changed prior to our visit. Overall, the facilities were clean, accessible and accommodating.
