Enjoy a relaxing stay in this cozy accommodation located in the Urbanización A Vilita with 1 bedroom, ideal for couples or solo travelers. The space offers all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay, including a private balcony perfect for enjoying the sun or relaxing at the end of the day.

Guests also have access to a large swimming pool, ideal for hot days, and a tennis court, for those who like to stay active even during vacation.

Located in a quiet and safe area, this accommodation combines comfort, leisure and an excellent location to explore the region.

All sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper.

The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then reply to us with the expected time of your arrival. Check-in is carried out directly at the accommodation from 3:30 PM onwards.

At the time of check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise, Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning fee. We also ask that when you check out you pay attention to your belongings, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.

We also provide a personalized transfer service that can take you from the airport to the accommodation (price and availability upon request).

Nice apartment, poorly equipped

Very modern, nicely decorated and the swing chair on the balcony was awesome. The pool also was a plus and that there always was enough parking space. The apartment was poorly equipped: No trash bags, dish soap and dishcloth. The ants were a nuisance. When you fought them in one place, they would pop up in another.
