A lovely new apartment decorated to the nines, very clean and modern with a rooftop terrace to enjoy. Hosts were fantastic in answering questions and were very friendly. Location was good with a Morrison’s down the street for groceries and all the city has to offer was within a 10-20 minute in the other direction.

The two bedroom, two bathroom flat is modern, very well decorated and equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is located close to the city centre - a pleasant ten minute walk. Check in at the gym club was easy and friendly. Security is good. Parking in the gym club is very convenient, costing an extra 20 overnight and 10 for the following day. Not bad for central York. We paid 300 for one night, which puts this flat at the premium end and frankly a bit expensive, although we have no regrets as the quality and convenience were both high. Prior go arrival, Swift couldn’t find my payment on their system which led me to spending a lot of time exchanging emails and messaging my bank. Once Swift found my payment and stopped insisting I needed to pay twice, all went well. I suspect this was a one off problem that wont affect others, but it was vexing for me. Otherwise this is a very good choice for a stay in York
