Guest interaction is minimal, as our property features self check-in and self check-out.
1. Check-in / Check-out: Self check-in available 24 hours via key box. Please check out by the agreed time.
2. Key usage: The outside key must remain in the key box at all times. Guests should use it the first time to open the outside door, then return it to the key box. A copy of the outside key is available with the apartment keys in the second lockbox.
3. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.
4. Quiet hours: Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM, including in communal areas.
5. Pets: Pets are welcome with an additional £55 fee.
6. Parties: No parties or events.
7. Cleaning: Optional cleaning available for an extra charge.
8. Children: Bunk bed – bottom bunk for younger children, top bunk suitable for children over 6 years old.
9. Kitchen: Please wash all plates, dishes, and utensils before checking out.
