Welcome to Villa Blue Seresa, a beautifully private tropical villa located on the quiet rear side of the luxurious Coral Estate resort. Enjoy peace, comfort, and outdoor living to the fullest: from your first cup of coffee under the spacious veranda with sea view to long evenings under the palapa by the pool. It’s the perfect spot for families or couples who appreciate sun, shade, space, and privacy.

Layout & Comfort
The villa is entirely single-level and accommodates up to 6 guests. All three bedrooms have air conditioning and comfortable beds (180 x 200 cm):

- Two king-size beds with a luxurious double topper
- One set of twin beds that can be separated if desired

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. There’s also a separate guest toilet in the hallway. The master bedroom is located at the front of the house and has French doors leading to the veranda with partial sea view.

The living room with French doors opens up to the covered veranda and lush front garden. At the back of the house is the cozy semi-open kitchen, which will be fully renovated in September with an induction cooktop, new dishwasher, and combi oven/microwave.

Outdoor Living with Pool, Palapa & Shade
The spacious pool is located in the backyard, perfectly an ideal spot for breakfast in the morning sun with a glimpse of the sea.
