Villa Safi is a charming country house perched on the upper slopes of Islamlar village, Kalkan area, offering complete tranquillity and some of the most breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay and the untouched countryside below. Far removed from the bustle of the resort areas, this unique villa promises serenity, privacy, and an authentic connection with nature—yet with the comfort of modern amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, air-conditioned rooms and a spectacular terrace.


Location & Access

Reached via the narrow, winding and uphill village road, the villa sits high on the mountainside, giving it its exceptional vantage point. Access from the private parking area is via a staircase—rewarding guests instantly with sweeping panoramas of sea, sky and nature as they arrive.


Layout & Design

Villa Safi is arranged over two separate levels connected by an external staircase—an ideal feature for two couples, friends, or family members seeking both shared time and personal privacy.


Lower Level (Main Entrance & Outdoor Pool Area)

Entering from the main staircase, the lower level opens into a bright, open-plan living space featuring:

A comfortable lounge area

A fully equipped kitchen

A dining space with direct access to the outdoors

Large patio doors lead to the front balcony, opening onto the sun-drenched outdoor swimming pool (3.0 × 7.70 m), which overlooks the rustic countryside and the shimmering sea in the distance.

Also on this floor:
A twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room
A sauna room, ideal for relaxation after a day exploring the mountains.

Upper Level (Terrace, Heated Pool & Master Bedroom)
An exterior staircase climbs to the upper level—the highlight of the villa. At the top, a magnificent panoramic terrace awaits, giving the impression of floating above the landscape.
Here you will find:
A double bedroom with an en-suite shower; Floor-to-ceiling picture windows framing uninterrupted sea and mountain views; A private heated pool (2.0 × 4.0 m), located a few steps below on the right side of the bedroom

This elevated suite feels suspended on the mountainside, offering one of the most exceptional viewpoints in the region.

A Setting Like No Other
Surrounded by pristine nature and set well above sea level, Villa Safi offers vistas usually reserved for mountaintop lookouts. Its secluded position provides unparalleled privacy, making it the perfect escape for guests longing to unwind, disconnect and enjoy a holiday removed from crowds and noise.

For larger families or groups of up to eight, Villa Safi can be rented together with the neighbouring sister property, Villa Elvin (though the terrain and layout may not be suitable for elderly guests or those who prefer level access).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All clients must contact the owner immediately upon arrival at the airport. He will meet you at his office and arrange transportation to the property.
Please note that for arrivals after 7:00 PM, a transfer fee of 10 GBP (or equivalent) will apply, payable directly to the owner.
