The swimming pool is heated between November and April at no additional cost to guests. The heater is set to maintain 85°F, though please note that if outdoor temperatures fall below 40°F, the water may not reach or stay at that temperature.

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.
-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Pool maintenance is performed weekly, and landscaping services are also scheduled regularly to ensure a clean and comfortable outdoor space.
