Conveniently located in the heart of North Pembrokeshire, the cottage is situated at the foot of a quiet lane which leads to the Preseli Hills and is only a short walk to local shops, galleries, the Norman castle and a great choice of places to eat.
Behind the cottage lie the Preseli Hills, with the summit of the nearest peak, Carn Ingli (Angel Mountain), an hour's walk away. The Parrog Estuary and small beach with its delightful coves and rock pools is only a five-minute stroll from the cottage through the village and towards the shore.
Newport has something for everyone with scenic walks (mountain and coastal), horse riding, fishing, sailing and an 18 hole golf course.

OUTSIDE Major Lodge has a large furnished patio area, from which steps lead up to a split-level lawned garden. The first level is partially paved, with tables and plenty of seating for relaxing or dining in the afternoon and evening sun. The second level is a large lawned area. There is also a secure external storage area with space for two bikes. There is parking for one car to the front of the property.
