I am sharing my sincere concern about this kind of accommodation to make sure people don’t get ripped off by this horrible accommodation!!!!The building is in a horrible condition and I have pictures to prove that!The entry was covered with mud and dirt on the floorIt smelled disgustingThe walls and ceiling have holesTrash bags sitting in front of the door and they stinkThe sheets are not clean I don’t think they were even washedThe floor had dust clusters in the cornersIt’s advertised as a studio with kitchenette but there is only a counter with a tiny fridge and a tea kettleThis is false advertising misleading and dishonestI demanded a refund of my money and didn’t get any I had to leave immediately and take my husband and my luggage to go look for a hotel room in the middle of the nightNo one deserves this kind of treatment!

Estamos totalmente en desacuerdo con la opinión de Sofia. Todo en las habitaciones está muy limpio siempre. No somos responsables de la entrada del edificio y mucho menos un domingo (la limpieza se hace los lunes) y sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que en Barcelona ese día y los anteriores estaba lloviendo mucho (se puede ver en las fotografías que el suelo está mojado y sucio por la lluvia)
En cuanto a la mini cocina, es exactamente lo que pone en la descripción: una mini cocina (nevera y microondas) aunque hay una cocina completa a disposición de quien quiera usarla
Entendemos que Sofia quería marcharse por alguna razón, pero no entendemos que diga que todo estaba sucio porque no es cierto

Arrivée très bien organisée, la personne que nous avions en contact très reactive.Très grande chambre, propre, literie correcte, juste un peu bruyant, écho de la rue...A l'interieur du bâtiment malgré plusieurs chambres, calme, le silence est respecté. Tres bon emplacement, du balcon vue sur la rambla. Près de la boqueria, plaza reial, Christophe colomb....etc. Chambre recommandée pour sejourner à Barcelone .
