The location is great and the furnishings are beautiful. It was so nice to come back to a quiet, comfortable space after a long day at the French Open. Unlike staying in separate hotel rooms, the living room and dining room areas gave us a chance to spend some precious family time unwinding together. During the weeklong heatwave, coming back to air conditioning was also such a welcome relief! I highly recommend this place for a family vacation.

Three-bedroom apartment one block north of the Miromesnil subway station and one block south of Boulevard Haussman in the 8th arrondissement. Easy access to taxis and Uber too. Interior design is stripped-down modern, but clean and well-maintained. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and vanity. Two separate toilet rooms. Kitchen area is set into a wall in the living room -- too limited for elaborate home cooking, but adequate for making breakfast, snacks and serving prepared food. The neighborhood abounds with restaurants, brasseries and grocery stores. Studio Prestige, the property management company that deals with renters, was friendly and helpful. Joanna, our main contact, was fluent in English and patient with my French. Our group (four retirees, several of whom have traveled a lot in Europe) thought that the apartment was fairly priced for the size, location and amenities.

Was für eine schöne Wohnung! Die Lage ist fantastisch, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Saint-Lazare und der Opéra Garnier entfernt. Wir haben es sehr genossen, nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen auf dem Flachbildfernseher zu entspannen. Der private Eingang verlieh unserem Aufenthalt eine angenehme Exklusivität. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Michael & Joanna in Paris war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war makellos, geräumig und bot bequem Platz für fünf Personen. Die Lage war ideal, alle Geschäfte, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass wir die Stadt ganz bequem erkunden konnten. Wir fühlten uns während unseres Aufenthalts auch sehr sicher, was für uns oberste Priorität hatte. Die Wohnung befand sich in einer ruhigen Gegend, sodass wir nach langen Tagen abschalten und neue Kraft tanken konnten. Insgesamt hat es unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir können diesen Ort jedem, der Paris besucht, wärmstens empfehlen!

Dieses Haus ist einfach wunderschön und liegt in einer sicheren Gegend. Die meisten Luxusgeschäfte und Läden sind in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Nähe gibt es auch einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, in dem wir an einigen Abenden selbst kochen konnten. Die Zimmer sind recht geräumig und 2 von 3 Zimmern haben eigene Duschen. Die Toiletten sind nicht im Badezimmer, aber das ist nicht weiter schlimm. Das WLAN war ein bisschen lückenhaft, hat aber trotzdem funktioniert. Es war sehr praktisch, dass jedes Zimmer einen eigenen Fernseher hatte. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren auch ein Bonus, da wir so mit leichtem Gepäck reisen konnten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Es gab viel Platz für uns fünf und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Nachbarschaft war großartig und wir konnten viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Es gab zwar ein paar Probleme mit dem Thermostat in einem der Schlafzimmer und einige Zierleisten und Paneele lösten sich, aber diese wurden zeitnah behoben. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit!

Eine atemberaubende Wohnung in einer fantastischen Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von allem entfernt und mit einer U-Bahn-Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür. Es gibt viele tolle Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe und Sie finden mindestens zwei Bäckereien innerhalb eines Blocks. Obwohl es in der Wohnung etwas Lärm von der U-Bahn gibt - besonders während der Stoßzeiten - waren wir so beschäftigt damit, die Stadt zu erkunden, dass es uns nicht wirklich gestört hat. Unser Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert und das Betreten der Wohnung war ein Kinderspiel. Für unsere fünfköpfige Familie war es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um Paris zu erkunden und man konnte bequem zum Flughafen oder zum Gare du Lyon pendeln.

Ich habe kürzlich im Apartment Matignon übernachtet und war von der großzügigen Raumaufteilung sehr beeindruckt. Die drei separaten Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe, und die drei Badezimmer erleichterten den Morgen ungemein. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, und wir haben unsere Mahlzeiten am Esstisch sehr genossen. Die Klimaanlage war an den heißen Tagen in Paris ein wahrer Segen!
