The holiday village is set within a magnificent natural environment of mountain, meadow, and river with spectacular views of the renowned Connemara landscape. This is an ideal holiday cottage for those looking for a family break, a peaceful getaway, or a base for exploring all that the Connemara region has to offer. Facilities in the holiday village include a children's play area and tennis courts. Fishing is available on the adjacent Owen Glen River and permits are available locally. Nearby Clifden town is a bustling market town which offers all services, shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Located on the Wild Atlantic Way, you are a just a short drive from lots of beautiful sandy beaches where you can swim, walk, or enjoy kayaking, surfing, coasteering or paddle boarding. There are many walking routes in the area which offer fabulous scenic views at every turn. This property is ideal for couples and friends. Additional local activities include lake and sea fishing, hill walking, hiking, cycling, pony trekking, golf, boat trips, and much more.

The upper floor accommodation consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished, with particular attention to detail and complimentary colour shades.
The kitchen is well equipped with ample pots, pans, crockery, and cutlery. Appliances include dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, washing/dryer combo machine, electric cooker, and electric hob. The living room area is furnished with comfortable sofas, a SMART TV, and solid fuel stove. The dining area can accommodate 4/5 persons and looks out on to the rear garden area of the property with comfy plush dining chairs. A spacious double with en-suite bathroom including WC, sink and shower complete the downstairs accommodation.
The upper floor is accessed by a staircase from the living room. From the upper landing, you will find a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. The bathroom includes WC, sink, and bath.
