This charming home was perfect for my stay in Puerto Vallarta and made me wish I was able to stay for longer. I could see myself spending weeks in this home. The space is great for an individual, a family with kids, a couple, or a group of friends. The large backyard makes it feel extremely spacious. Its location on a quiet street makes for a peaceful retreat, but it's still extremely close to the best spots in PV, being walking distance from the shops and restaurants in Centro and less than a 5-minute drive from Zona Romantica. Would highly recommend this spot for a relaxing stay in PV.

There are many positives. Juan is the best host i have ever had! Responded immediately and even bought me cotton sheets when i mentioned the synthetic ones were too hot. The house is very well stocked. Brand new cookware and kitchen appliances. Even a clothes steamer in the main bedroom! AC was excellent and the backyard was very relaxing. It's an old house so you only have hot water in the shower. Not in the kitchen or bathroom sink. That was no big deal. The one negative is that tfe bedrooms are at the front of the house at street level. It's not a particularly busy street but it sounds like every passing car is driving through the bedroom. Earplugs fixed that. Location is ideal
