Positioned on the 1st floor of a modern residence with a lift-elevator, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests across two cosy bedrooms. The bright living room, furnished with a sofa, chair, flat-screen TV, and a dining table, opens directly onto a charming balcony with outdoor seating—an ideal spot for breakfast or evening relaxation while admiring the alpine scenery. A fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a fridge with freezer provides all the comforts of home. Guests also enjoy shared access to an indoor pool and sauna, blending relaxation with adventure in a quiet, serene setting.

Location

The residence is in the centre of the village of Vallorcine, set in the spectacular mountain scenery. The slopes around Vallorcine are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. There are also 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence. The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July and is just 1 hour away.

During the summer season, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing and horse riding. The village of Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (10 minutes\' drive). Geneva Airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away.
