Access information was incorrect. The phone number given was not answered. We tried for 90 minutes to contact the host. It took 2 hours to gain access. Clothes closet is useless - hanging rack is over 8 feet high. AC works great, but if it gets cold, there is no heat. Very loud due to Metro line running under the building - near constant rumbling of trains. While resting on our next to last day, someone entered the space and claimed he had traveled a long way to service the heat. We had no warning of this and never gave permission for the intrusion. We refused him entry. I've rented lots of spaces around the world for many years through VRBO and never had a bad experience. This rental was awful from start to finish. I cannot recommend this apartment or companies Studio Prestige and Belvilla. Beware.
