Traditional flint cottage, tucked away in the town of Wells-next-the-Sea
With a traditional flint façade and welcoming appeal, Cosy Cottage is exactly that - a cosy haven in the stunning coastal town of Well-next-the-Sea. Originally two small cottage, it has been thoughtfully converted into a spacious retreat, perfectly blending its historic charm with modern comforts that ensure a relaxing stay near the beach.
Set back from the road along a quiet loke, you will feel yourself relax as you approach Cosy Cottage. This dog-friendly escape is just a short stroll from the picturesque harbour and you will have all the sights and attractions of North Norfolk at your fingertips.
With characterful beamed ceiling, a warming electric fireplace and soft, plush sofas you will soon understand where the cottage gets its name. The living space offers the perfect spot to snuggle up with a good book and a hot drink, or maybe catch up on your favourite shows on the TV. The room also feature a rustic style dining table which comfortably seats 4 people, allowing you to dine by the fireside in the colder months.
The bright and airy conservatory, which leads off the living room, features rattan furniture you can comfortably sink into as you enjoy a morning coffee or en evening tipple and relax in the beauty of the outdoors all year round.
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen which comes complete with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer as well as all the necessary appliances such as a toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. With a full set of tableware and glassware, guests have everything they need to prepare a delicious homecooked meal. There is also an additional breakfast table for two.
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms which comfortably accommodate a family of four:
Bedroom 1: Double bedroom, featuring triple aspect windows, an easy chair and a decorative Victorian fireplace.
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom, ideal for those travelling with children. Featuring a decorative fireplace and electric heating.
Both bedrooms lead to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a low level WC and basin
Outside, the large patio area catches the morning sun, making it an ideal spot for alfresco lunches at the outdoor table or unwinding on the warmer evenings as the sun sets.

Cosy Cottage is a non-smoking property.
The cottage accepts two well-behaved dogs so please feel free to bring along your canine companions.
There is no parking at the property, however, there is plenty of free parking just seconds away on Burnt Street opposite the church. There is also paid parking available in the town.
The town's shops, galleries, cinema, and cultural centre are just a short walk away, while the working harbour, colourful beach huts, and pine woods offer endless opportunities for adventure.
