Welcome to the Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa! The premier resort on Kauai!

Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is located beach front on the Coconut Coast between the historic towns of Kapaa and Wailua. Located convenient to both Princeville on the north and Poipu Beach on the south. The resort features a fabulous serpentine pool with water slides, waterfalls and 3 sand bottom hot tubs. Additional amenities include a pool side BBQs, new fitness center, Spa by the Sea for all you beauty needs and Oasis beach front restaurant and bar and concierge service.

The top floor 2 bedroom/3 bath (sleeps 2-6)luxury condominium offers appointments seen only in luxury condominiums. Step into the mountain/garden view condominium living room with cathedral ceilings and views of Sleeping Giant and surrounding gardens and ocean peak from your living room balcony. Bedrooms are furnished to offer maximum comfort with 'Simmons Heavenly Beds', custom linens and ceiling fans.

Living room has a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with wall mounted LCD TV's. Bathrooms with sunken tub and shower are furnished with Indonesian mahogany cabinets and Peruvian travertine floors and counter tops. The unit is tastefully designed in the Hawaiian style by awarding winning Honolulu design firm, Philpotts and Associates.

The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet's dream with Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf range and oven, microwave and stainless dish washer. Our unit also offers full stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset dinner on the 2 verandas overlooking the Coco Palm Grove.

Leaving your condo you can enjoy dinner and a drink at the Oasis, beach front bar and restaurant or take a stroll on the beach.

For the more adventurous, you can explore the island by land, sea or air. Bike, jog or stroll the new Kauai Bike Path while enjoying the ocean view. Enjoy Kauai by swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, golfing, hiking, four-wheeling, etc. and of course shopping.

For the Keikis we've also provided boogie boards, snorkeling gear, ice chests etc for their outing to the beach,

Port-a-crib, highchair and booster seat also available.

The rental was just as described, with everything that we needed for our stay and an easy check in. The resort was great, although I think "resort" is a bit of a misnomer, as they don't offer many (or any) activities and services that you'd expect from a true resort. But the pool with the waterslides was perfect for our family, and we had no problems getting chairs whenever we went.

The property is beautiful with a lot of room. We enjoyed having three bathrooms to use. The kitchen is very spacious. The balcony is so nice for our meals. The beds are very comfortable! Access to the beautiful beach is wonderful with the walking path nearby. The pool and spas are great! Priscilla is an excellent communicator! We had a small maintenance problem, and she facilitated it getting taken care of immediately! The resort is a perfect location to head both north or south! We loved Kauai and staying in this VRBO property!

The condo was a great place. We had five of us sleeping there, with plenty of room in the common areas. The kitchen was great, and we made breakfast each day before heading out on our activities. The condo is clean, with nice nice appliances. We made use of the snorkeling gear, boogie board, skim board, beach towels and chair that were in the closet. There were more items as well, like an umbrella, small cooler, etc.A condo in Kapaa is perfect because it's halfway between the north and south sides of the island, and not too far away from the airport.There is a Safeway right across the street, which is perfect for grabbing last minute items. No need to drive to the store, just walk across the street. There are many restaurants within walking distance, which was nice as well. The pool and multiple Jacuzzis are very nice, great for families. The pool includes a small "beach" area for small kids, with sand and shallow water. The real beach is just beyond the pool area, so no need to drive.Overall it's a great spot, highly recommend! We loved our stay there, and would come again to the same condo.

This is a great unit for a family. My kids loved the pool and slides. The sand bottom pool was a big hit with the kids. The east side of Kaua’i is a great spot for a lot of good food and activities. Princeville and Poipu are only 25-30 mins away. The beds and living room are comfortable and the beach gear is perfect for exploring the island. This unit has AC as well which is a must for my family. 10/10

This is our fifth stay at Waipouli, this unit is very nice. Included boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers, everything we needed for full days at the beach. We were both from the California, but vacationed in Hawaii for the first time on our 25th anniversary. We knew then that we wanted to retire here. Harolds been retired for about 16 yrs and I for 13 yrs.

We love the 'Garden Island for its beautiful beaches, scenery and great outdoor activities.

We were drawn to Waipouli because it's a great vacation resort for families. The resort has a beach front location, beautiful serpentine pool with 2 water slides for the children and a manmade sandy beach for toddlers. Waipouli also has ocean front dining and in house spa. It's a home away from home for our guests. Waipouli is centrally located to all the beautiful beaches, hiking trails, dining and shopping.
