Ground Floor
Entering through the front door, you step into the bright living room, which flows into a spacious great room defined by a sweeping golden Cretan stone arch. High‑end furnishings and thoughtful details create a refined yet comfortable atmosphere.
A 65” Samsung Smart TV, Sonos surround sound, and excellent WiFi ensure entertainment and connectivity throughout your stay.

Large doors open directly onto the terrace — step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and take in the endless views.

Both ground‑floor bedrooms feature queen‑size beds, luxury bedding, and blackout curtains for restorative sleep. Window and door screens allow you to choose between a soft natural breeze or the perfect temperature from the air‑conditioning.

The hotel‑quality bathroom includes a walk‑in rain shower, plush towels, and space for your personal items.

The fully equipped kitchen features high‑end appliances from Bosch and Electrolux, an American‑style side‑by‑side refrigerator, and quality kitchenware. The marble dining table with comfortable seating sets the stage for long meals and good company.

Mezzanine
A spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine level, where you’ll find a quiet study area and the second hotel‑quality bathroom with a rain shower and plush towels.

The twin bedroom includes two 90×200 cm beds and a roof window — fall asleep under the stars. Both the study and bedroom have air‑conditioning.
The high wood‑beam ceiling stretches across the entire living space, bringing the home together in beautiful harmony.

Outdoors
Stepping onto the terrace, nature opens before you. The White Mountains rise dramatically in the distance, with more than 50 peaks above 2,000 meters (6,500 ft). The view spans endless olive groves, charming villages, and the soft sound of sheep bells drifting through the hills.

The spacious terrace offers room for outdoor dining, morning yoga, or simply relaxing in the sun. Yoga mats are available upon request. A high‑quality BBQ is available for al fresco meals, and bougainvillea adds vibrant color to the natural stone surroundings.

One step down from the terrace leads to the pool deck, where you’ll find the infinity pool, sun loungers, and parasols — a peaceful place to unwind with uninterrupted scenery. A well‑maintained flower bed surrounds the deck, bringing seasonal scents and color.

A separate contemporary wooden platform houses the sunken hot tub, lifting you even closer to the mountains. With minimal light pollution, the starlit skies feel almost within reach.

Location
The villa is a short stroll from the traditional village of Douliana, home to a community café and a local taverna. If you’re lucky, you may catch Antikristo on a Sunday — aim for late lunch, as it often sells out by evening.

Road Access
Please note: the final stretch of road to the villa is a rough dirt road typical for rural Crete. It is fully passable with a standard rental car, but it is not a smooth asphalt road, and guests who are used to city driving may find it uneven. We recommend driving slowly for comfort. The road is part of what gives the villa its peaceful, private setting away from traffic.

The area offers numerous walking paths through olive groves, with opportunities to stop for coffee or refreshments in nearby villages.
