The two guest bedrooms allow for comfortable accommodations with a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the remaining room with a shared private bath. Eat-in spacious kitchen has new stainless appliances and kitchen is completely stocked with cooking essentials. This unit has 1800+ square feet of comfortable living space and is equipped with cable and wifi. Amenities include a pool with pavilion, 10+ miles of walking and biking paths, tennis courts, and a 18 hole par 3 golf course for a reasonable greens fee. The Retreat at Bentley Village is a gated and guarded community and is located approximately 3 miles from beautiful Barefoot Beach Preserve and is central to Mercato and many other fine shops and restaurants.

Beautiful Condo - Excellent Location - Highly Recommend

We stayed the month of January 2020 and the condo exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of absolutely everything a renter would need to feel comfortable and welcomed in their home. The attached garage allowed for convenient entry to the condo and safe storage for our bikes. My 85 year old Mom felt very pampered to have her own personal elevator. The condo has so many updates that it feels like a model home. We enjoyed the large screened lanai every day. The view was beautiful and it was entertaining to watch the wildlife. There are miles of walking/biking paths throughout the community. The landscaping is beautiful with scenic bridges and water features. The back gate onto Vanderbilt Drive made it easy to bike to beaches and also miss the traffic on Tamiami Trail/US-41. The condo location was excellent - convenient to Bonita Springs and North Naples attractions. We loved our stay!!! Would most definitely return!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!!

Great coach in great area

We throughly enjoyed our month of March vacation at this spacious, completely and attractively renovated coach house. The unit was completely equipped with all accessories. The unit was located in a community with many available activities and has a great view of a lake and a natural island. John and Mary available and able to tnform us of attractions in the area.
