Welcome to The Kittiwake’s Perch, a cosy and stylish 1 bedroom apartment with an optional sofa bed. The apartment benefits from beautiful sea views over Mumbles Bay. Located along the promenade with cafes and restaurants nearby, The Kittiwake’s Perch is the best location for your holiday. Langland beach is 30 minutes walk or 5 minutes away by car and conveniently located for visiting the lovely Gower Peninsula. We hope to host you here soon!
The space
The property is on the first floor above a small Italian restaurant, which offers our guests a 10% discount! We have another apartment, called The Little Egret on the second floor. The apartment has a kitchen area and an open living space with dining table and sofa bed. The sofa bed can sleep two extra guests. There is a family bathroom with a shower off the open plan living space. There is also a separate bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. We are lucky to have the original sash windows on the front of the property.
Guest access
Guests can access the property through a shared entrance and hallway. Your apartment is on the first floor and you have the exclusive use of the entire apartment.
Parking
There are a few different options for parking but we don’t have a private parking space as we are on Mumbles Road. We will send you more information about parking options before your stay, including Pay and Display carparks and free on-street parking.
