The location also provides easy access to major transit hubs—Malaga Airport (AGP) is about a 1-hour drive, while the Estepona Bus Station is only 10 minutes away, connecting you to the rest of the Costa del Sol and beyond. 📌 Unauthorized Guests: Only the number of guests listed in the reservation may stay at the property. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or bringing unregistered guests will result in a €150 fee and may lead to cancellation of the reservation without refund.

📌 Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Guests may use the outdoor areas if needed. Please note that indoor smoking will incur a €100 fine.

📌 Pets: Pets are strictly not allowed on the property. Any violation of this rule may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

📌 Community Rules: The property is part of a friendly residential area, so we kindly ask guests to avoid parties or loud gatherings.



To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €200. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed.



Rest assured, the full amount will be refunded after your check-out, following a quick inspection of the property. The deposit is typically returned well within 15 days, and often much sooner.
