Just a short walk from Deddington's village centre. Entrance through a private gate. Private parking for one vehicle behind the gate. Enclosed garden with a lawned area and lovely views of the village church. Please note that the church bells ring occasionally during the day. Well-equipped kitchen with generous workspace, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washer–dryer, and full chinaware and cookware. Kitchen dining area with seating and bench-style table. Bathroom with WC and wash basin. Cosy living room with two sofas, wood-burning stove, widescreen TV and windows overlooking the garden. Bedroom one with two single beds, bedside tables and clothes-hanging space. Bedroom two with a double bed, bedside table and clothes-hanging space. Main bathroom with bath, shower, WC and wash basin.
