Located in a peaceful rural setting, this beautifully appointed 3-bedroom villa Barbara is designed for pure relaxation and comfort while being just a short drive from Istria’s incredible beaches, villages, and attractions.

Set on a private 525 m2 plot, Villa Barbara offers 150 m2 of elegant living space on one level. The bright open-plan living and dining area is the perfect gathering spot, complete with cozy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Large glass doors lead directly onto the terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow.

Each of the three stylish bedrooms features a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, and a TV. Two bedrooms include bathrooms with private entrances directly from the bedroom, while the third bedroom has a bathroom with a separate entrance from the hall.

Step outside into your own private oasis. Take a refreshing swim in the pool, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy long summer evenings dining on the covered terrace. A gas barbecue is provided for unforgettable alfresco meals with family and friends.

For your comfort and convenience, the villa also includes full air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and ironing facilities.

Villa Barbara is located in the charming village of Juršići, just a short drive from Pula. Juršići is known for its peaceful countryside, olive groves, and traditional houses. Here you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of tranquility, with a small grocery shop and local restaurant just 500 meters away. The location is ideal for exploring the wider region—Pula, Rovinj, beautiful beaches, and famous Istrian wine roads are all within easy reach.
