Set on a private 525 m2 plot, Villa Barbara offers 150 m2 of elegant living space on one level. The bright open-plan living and dining area is the perfect gathering spot, complete with cozy sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. Large glass doors lead directly onto the terrace, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow.

Each of the three stylish bedrooms features a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, and a TV. Two bedrooms include bathrooms with private entrances directly from the bedroom, while the third bedroom has a bathroom with a separate entrance from the hall.
