Finca Son Capellet is a charming property located in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by nature and offering privileged views of Puig de Bonany. It is just 4 km from Petra and only a short drive from Manacor, Sineu, and the beaches of Can Picafort and Son Serra de Marina, making it an ideal spot to enjoy peace and quiet without giving up nearby services and attractions.



The finca features a spectacular outdoor area with a large garden, tall trees providing natural shade, and a private pool measuring 11 x 8 meters (88 m²), surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. There is also a spacious terrace with a barbecue area, perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s great weather.



The interior combines a cosy rural style with all modern comforts.

The house offers 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and heat pump heating for the low season. 1 bedroom with a double bed and 4 bedrooms with single beds.

We enjoyed this romantic, spacious house with garden and pool

We enjoyed this romantic, spacious house with garden and pool. It's located in the middle of nature, really beautiful but we advise to bring an ant killer spray because it's not in the house! Son Capellet is only a short distance by car from Petra, which is a lovely village, for your first groceries.

This is a wonderful Villa, with lots of space, privacy and very peaceful. Teresa was an amazing host, always quick to respond to questions and very helpful with taxi’s, restaurants, etc. Food can be provided on order and we had pizzas one night and paella’s another. All was really good, and great value.

We had a wonderful stay at this finca in Mallorca. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning nature all around—it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to relax and disconnect. The house itself is very spacious and tastefully decorated, making it ideal for spending time with friends or family. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay—friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.

We loved staying at Son Capellet

We loved staying at Son Capellet. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hangout. There were handy beach parasols we used for excursions to the beach and inflatables for the pool. All the rooms were en-suite with effective air-con. A couple more kitchen utensils and cookware would have been helpful but it wasn’t really an issue and we got by. The area was very private and centrally located on the island. This was convenient for us to drive to different parts of the island for day trips and the supermarkets were only a 15min drive away. We could hear loud music during the day from the neighbouring rental house. Nothing to be done about that but just be aware that there is another house with their own pool nearby, but not close enough to ruin the privacy. Teresa was very helpful and friendly both on check-in and check-out. We would definitely return here.

Ruhige Villa mit großem Pool

Schöne, sehr geräumige Villa in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage im Zentrum Mallorcas. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der große Pool und die gute Ausstattung haben uns besonders gefallen. Teresa war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Insgesamt können wir die Villa weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Klimaanlage. In einigen Schlafzimmern hat sie leider nicht ausreichend gekühlt, wodurch es nachts sehr warm war.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa à Majorque. Le soleil était au rendez-vous tous les jours, et la piscine, agréablement chaude, a été un vrai bonheur. La maison était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement adaptée aux grandes familles. Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour confortable : la cuisine est très bien équipée, le barbecue est pratique, le lave-linge est un vrai plus, et tous les ustensiles nécessaires sont à disposition. La villa est idéalement située pour découvrir facilement les différents coins de Majorque. Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec l’intendante, qui a été très réactive, disponible et agréable tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir !

Es wurde immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alles andere ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der große Pool ist natürlich das Highlight in der Unterkunft.

Finca ist wie beschrieben, einfach super und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Natürlich auch weiter entfernt von Palma oder dem Ballermann, aber genauso wollten wir es als Gruppe. Für alle mehr als genug Platz und Badezimmer für jedes Schlafzimmer. Pool schön groß und alles stets sauber. Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Einzig mehr Handtücher hätten wir uns gewünscht. Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.
