A fabulous hideaway with a wealth of useful extras, this stunning holiday home provides spacious, stylishly updated accommodation for 14 guests.


Entering this magnificent house, the cosy main lounge has a cheery wood burner and is just one of several reception areas, allowing everyone to spread out and unwind. The games/garden room has a pool table, or you can play table tennis in the second games room leading through to the fabulous cinema room with a large Blu-ray projection system and screen. There’s also a gym and sauna as well as a beautiful central kitchen/diner. The first floor offers a stylish bathroom and seven generous bedrooms: four flexible twins and three en-suite king-size rooms, one with a private terrace. The pretty garden wraps around the house, with chipped pathways leading around the delightful borders, pretty flowerbeds and mature trees. The terrace has several furnished areas for dining alfresco or sunbathing, or you can take a dip in the gorgeous heated swimming pool (Available May to September) or the bubbling six-seater hot tub.


The glorious beaches of Praa Sands, Hendra Beach and Porthleven are all within 4 miles, with Helston (5 miles) and Penzance (9 miles) home to a choice of pubs, shops and restaurants. Also nearby are the estate at Godolphin, and St Michael’s Mount off the coast of Marazion, all within 7 miles.

GARDEN & PARKING: The extensive lawned gardens wrap around the property with chipped pathways and beautifully planted borders of flowers, palms, mature trees and hedges. Parking is provided for five vehicles with EV charging on site. There are various seating areas together with a paved terrace, outdoor tables and chairs, Weber charcoal barbecue, 6 seater hot tub, sun loungers and outdoor, heated swimming pool with this area secured by gates for safety (please note that the swimming pool will be available from May until September).

Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; ground source underfloor heating to all rooms with individual thermostats. Heated towel rails in 3 bathroom.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
