Little Orchard is set in the grounds of Orchard Farm and is located next to the owners' family home, but benefits from its own separate entrance and garden. The property is a 13 acre equestrian smallholding, with horses being the main focus of the property. Free-range chickens and ducks wander round the farmhouse garden, (and occasionally wander a little further). The inquisitive farm cat likes to see who’s visiting, and the friendly Labradors are also keen to say hello.

Tenterden with cafes, restaurants and a nostalgic steam railway. Hastings and Rye are also on your doorstep as are the golden sands at Camber.
