Take a trip on the steam train from Tenterden to Bodiam, where you can hop off and visit the stunning castle. Nearby Hole Park is only 6 miles away. The Cinque Port town of Rye is only 11 miles away and offers cobbled streets and medieval buildings. While away an afternoon exploring the local antique shops and stop by the local fisheries for the catch of the day. Slightly further afield is the beach at Camber Sands, 14 miles.

The lounge area is warm and inviting with a corner sofa, Smart TV with full Sky package and wood burner. Located just off the kitchen area is the lounge/dining room, which has a dining table and seating for four, a Smart TV and a handy sofa bed for an extra guest, this area could also double up for anyone wishing to work remotely benefitting from the high speed Wi-Fi. Completing the ground floor is the stylish shower room with a WC. Stairs lead up to the eaves of the property, where you will find the welcoming super-king bedroom with views across to the owners' on-site fishing lake.

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a patio table and chairs. Within the 3 acres of shared grounds, you’ll find a wonderful fishing lake stocked with koi, carp and tench (operating on a catch and release policy). There is private parking for one car.
