The three-storey house is ideally located for exploring the city’s beaches, cafés and independent shops as well as the mall at Churchill Square. Great for families and friends, this dog-friendly cottage has wood floors throughout with a cosy sitting room and separate dining room, perfect for dinner parties. The gorgeous fitted kitchen is newly refurbished with all appliances. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, one ensuite, and a family bathroom. There is a further double bedroom on the second floor.

West Hill Cottage is in a quiet residential area walking distance to the train station and Central Brighton. Also nearby is Seven Dials, with wine bars, pubs, delicatessens, artisan bakers, a small supermarket and cafes ranging from Thai, Portuguese, Greek and Japanese. The North Laine, with its independent shops and a wide choice of places to eat and drink is only a 5–10-minute walk away. A short stroll into town will take you to the main shopping centre, the Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Pier and the beach.
