It has a working harbour with a fish market and an Oyster festival every September. For keen walkers and cyclists there are scenic coastal footpaths and the Crab and Winkle Way to explore. There is a sailing club, open to non-members, and the beach is gently shelving, ideal for paddling or swimming. The cottage boasts a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious open-plan living and dining area, and a garden perfect for relaxation. There is a small porch for hanging coats and storing boots then straight into the contemporary open-plan area which is bright and well furnished with two large sofas. There is a Smart TV and occasional tables for drinks and a bookshelf, well stocked with books and games. There is a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is well-equipped for food preparation if you’re eating in and there is a stable door which opens out into the garden. The bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom one has a double bed, with a chest of drawers and a hanging rail. Bedroom two has single beds, a chest of drawers and hanging space. The modern bathroom is on the ground floor and is tiled and has a bath with shower over and a hand-held attachment, washbasin, and WC.
