About this property
3 Bed in Binham (oc-m29414)
Fill your holiday with days at the seaside, walks in scenic countryside and jaunts around North Norfolk’s gorgeous market towns. With room for friends and families alike, this impressive flint cottage offers a tranquil space to relax, with elegant furnishings and fabulous amenities.
Pretty as a picture, this gorgeous holiday destination offers a thoughtful combination of old and new, with coordinated decor in soft, calming shades. Sink into the sofas and chairs in the beautiful lounge with its beamed, apex ceiling, and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. Or wander down the steps into the pretty dining room, the perfect spot for an evening of great food and company. The shaker-style kitchen contains everything you’ll need for cooking up all kinds of delicious meals. Also on this level is the super-king-size bedroom (which can be converted into a twin on request), which boasts an en-suite shower room as well as direct access to the patio. The remaining two double bedrooms are on the first floor, both with areas of low, sloping ceilings and charmingly decorated in pretty colours. They share an equally beautiful family bathroom. The patio outside is a delightful space for a morning coffee, a sundowner or a meal under the stars, and leads to a raised lawn which has views over the neighbouring fields.
Set in the lovely village of Binham, renowned for its impressive monastic ruins, the cottage is just 4 miles from the National Nature Reserve at Blakeney, a great spot for walking and wildlife spotting. Head to the vibrant market town of Holt, 7 miles away, to explore its historic streets and discover an array of independent boutiques and excellent places to eat. For a day at the seaside, Wells-next-the-Sea is only 5 miles away, with its sweeping beach, pretty beach huts, historic quay and narrow-gauge steam railway.
