Unique floating home in the Pool of Little Venice in central London. Watch the bird life and feed the swans. Excellent transport links to Heathrow Airport and all parts of London.

Jessie is a much loved narrowboat named after my mother! She has a uniquely fantastic mooring in central London on the canal system very close to Paddington station sleeps up to four people with a double bed and two full size bunks. There is also a sofa bed as an alternative. There’s a well equipped galley for self catering, shower room with a cassette toilet and a covered area for sitting out and watching the world go by.
Living on a narrowboat is for those interested in experiencing a different lifestyle but still enjoying central city life. Kids love it!
Space is limited but all essentials are there, TV, WiFi, washing machine and heating for the winter months.
Your host is very attentive to your needs and on call at all time.
Welcome packs for Breakfast items, and Special Occasions are available on request for an additional fee.

The narrow boat is lovely and very well equipped with a lot of thoughtful touches throughout. The beds were comfortable and the wood burner welcome before bed. Great location! Easy walk to Paddington and the Hop on Hop off bus stop. I would stay here again!

The four magical days we spent on Jessie are a memory we will cherish, and talk about forever. We often treat holiday accomodation as somewhere we recharge when we are not having an experience, but quite honestly, getting back on board was always a highlight of the day, and a fantastic experience in itself. Swans, ducks, geese all coming up to the window to be fed was just idyllic. Canal boats with brass bands and choirs may have just been coincidence on the nights we were there but just added to the experience. You are on a boat so the toilet and shower are basic but clean and tidy.Meg is an excellent and attentive host and we will wholeheartedly recommend staying on her boat to any london visitor.
