Bedroom 1
The master bedroom features a lavish zip-linked Super King divan bed, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. Having generous storage options, including a closet , chest of drawers, luggage rack and a desk/dressing table, you'll have ample space to keep your belongings organized and out of view. Experience comfort and convenience in this beautifully appointed retreat.

Family Bathroom
The main bathroom is very spacious providing added convenience and privacy. Complete with a double-ended bath (perfect for those romantic nights in), a separate double shower, W/C, and hand basin. This well-appointed space is designed for relaxation and functionality. Enjoy the luxury of having a retreat just steps away from your bedroom.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom offers a cosy double bed, perfect for a restful night. It also features a hanging rail and drawer unit providing convenient storage solutions to keep your belongings tidy and accessible. This welcoming space is ideal for guests or family members seeking comfort and functionality.

Bedroom 3/Living Room
An inviting separate room at the front of the house showcases a spacious, comfortable sofa-bed which also features a memory foam mattress (4 inches) and a mattress topper for ultimate comfort. Its a full double size bed. There's also a cupboard and a cosy lounge chair for ultimate relaxation. Unwind while your favourite shows on the TV or immerse yourself in a good book. This welcoming space is perfect for sleeping, entertainment and downtime.

Dining room
The dining table which seats six, offers a glimpse of the and garden area, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for you & your friends, colleagues or family to dine. There is also a smart tv and coffee station.

Kitchen
There are 2 steps down into the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay, including, sink, electric oven, hob, fridge/ice box, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.

Downstairs Bathroom
In this bathroom there is a W/C, and a large double electric shower and hand basin.

Hallway
Here you will find a convenient shoe rack, coat hooks, and a post tray, all designed to help you stay organized and make coming home a breeze. Enjoy the ease of settling in with everything in its place!

NB* The zip-link Super King bed in the master bedroom can be separated into 2 single beds. Please note that this bed is 6ft 3 inches in length.

The sofa-bed in Bedroom 3/living room can be set up as a bed on request, please advise if either are required before you arrive.
