No smoking. Please note: There is a small, covered pond in the grounds (20 yds). There are steps between most rooms. This property has a security deposit of £100.. This delightful, timber frame, black-and-white, thatched property (built 1420) is a fine example of a ‘cruck’ cottage, one of the earliest forms of English domestic architecture, and as such has lots of internal steps between most rooms. Detached, it has a large garden with an slightly uneven garden path, adding to the cottages charm; and views over ancient fields and meadows. Please note children should be supervised upstairs as, due to the age of the house, there are no window limiters. It is set along the main road to the village of Callow End (200 yards) which has a village shop, two excellent pubs and lovely walks. Within a short drive are the beautiful Malvern Hills, Great Malvern and Worcester with its fine cathedral, shops and excellent restaurants. Shop 100 yards.

Use of the piano is by arrangement with the owner. Garden is not fully enclosed.
