We had such a great time here and held my son’s wedding! It was such a perfect location! Anytime we needed anything or had a question for the host, they were very quick to respond! I would love to make it an annual trip with my son and new wife to celebrate every year!

This house is amazing front the parking to the ocean.Host was very communicative and it was exactly how it was listed.Rooms are very comfortable but views were just amazing from this house to the ocean.We will definitely be back but next time i will be staying more days.

We have been visiting Las Conchas for around 20 years and have stayed in several homes. We chose The Paradise for a group of 30, and having three houses together with so many bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well.Unfortunately, our stay got off to a shaky start. On the first night, much of the electricity went out in Casa 2, including the upstairs A/C. With the August heat, guests had to move downstairs and sleep on matresses on floors. The property manager came around 11pm, but it wasn't fixed until the next day. Just as the electricity was restored, we lost water due to a pressure-tank problem, although this was fixed that morning.After that, things went much more smoothly. Casa 3 was the cleanest and most modern, with no issues. Casa 1 was very spacious and became our main gathering area, although the lounge struggled to stay cool. Also worth noting: although advertised as pet friendly, dogs are only allowed in Casa 2.The third-party catering and daily cleaner were fantastic. Everyone loved the food, and the caterer also arranged ice, alcohol, banana-boat rides and even a replacement nose ring! I would recommend agreeing all catering pricing in advance.Las Conchas beach was as beautiful and quiet as ever. Despite a difficult first 24 hours, the property ultimately worked very well for our large group.

Paradise on the beach!

We had a great time at Paradise in Las Conchas. We rented Casa 2 and the Casita. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the views were awesome. Lots of places to gather inside and out. The owners and the property manager down in Rocky Point were responsive to our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing!!!

What an amazing vacation! Our family has been going to Rocky Point every year for the past decade. We’ve stayed at various properties in Las Conchas, Playa Encanto and Sandy Beach. By far, this house is our favorite. So much so, that we’ve stayed here twice and we can’t wait until our next stay. As soon as you walk into the house, you’re greeted by the breathtaking views of the appropriately named the Great Room. You simply can’t find many properties that give you the kind of excitement you feel entering this area for the first, second or hundredth time. We traveled with three other families and rented both Casa 1 and Casa. Thankfully, it never seemed like there wasn’t enough space when we all gathered together for breakfast and dinner. The master bedroom is to die for. It’s so large and peaceful that you almost never want to leave. But, eventually the views from the master bedroom are just to hard to resist. I could go on and on about all of the things that make this house so great, but for me and my family, THE best thing is the patio. There is no better place to take in all of the beauty that Rocky Point has to offer than the back patio that also has a pool. You haven’t lived until you’ve experience a sunset while cooling off in the pool with your favorite beverage. Bill and Joyce and a pleasure to work with. The make you feel like their most important guest leading up to and throughout your stay. We cannot wait for our next vacation to their Paradise in Rocky Point!!!

Breathtaking Home for Wedding and/or Getaway!!!!!

What an AMAZING home/venue to have for your wedding and your family stay to enjoy the breathtaking views!! I am so happy we chose this place for our special day....;BUT not only did we have this Palace in Paradise for our venue, we also were able to share wonderful memories with our family and friends and have them stay with us for 3 days after the wedding because of how big and beautiful it is and we had more than enough room so, why not (sleeps 29 people)? It was VERY beautiful and clean. The staff was very kind and accommodating and we were able to use all of the amenities and appliances including both jacuzzi's, sauna, gym room, bbq grill, and outdoor fireplace. Not to mention the beach that you feel is all to yourself! There were a lot more things like paddle boards and kayaks. If we needed anything or had any questions, we were able to contact Ben. It was big enough for all of our guests to dance and have fun and also very private....we didn't have any strangers watching or taking photos/videos. We had no one to answer to or tell us when to leave.......it was our night, in paradise and a dream come true! i want to relive those days for the rest of my life! Everything was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing! I would post pics and videos for proof if i could but even they don't do it justice. If you or anyone you know are looking for a venue or even a beautiful private vacation from 2-29 people, Paradise In Rocky Point does NOT disappoint! The ONLY thing i would had changed would have been to stay longer! THANK YOU to the all the people at Paradise In Rocky Point for making our special day so PERFECT! People are still talking about it!

Great Place to stay with a big group! Clean!

Great property and the staff was great! We visited during the winter so it was definitely too cold to use the pools, but we certainly were excited to use the hot tubs on the property. The only issue with that was one did not work and the other would not get above 80 degrees. Both homes provided lots of space for the large group we had and everybody had a great time.

Stunningly beautiful with ever immenity.

Oh my God. So extremely happy. We housed family members in Casa1, Casa 2 and the guest casita. The grounds were kept beautiful. The Casas...wow what a view. The houses provided every need including beach toys for adults and children. Would highly recommend for a wedding or any other venue to house your close family members and friends. There are rules as there should be but when you see the property you understand why. Loved it, loved it, loved it.

Amazing beachfront property

We rented both homes on the property & had a great stay! We loved all the amenities, especially the pools & hot tubs. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the patio which is massive. There was plenty of room for all 22 of us & we all slept comfortably. If you’re looking for a great place to stay it doesn’t get much better than this property.

Best Wedding experience we could have asked for!!!

Our family reunion vacation and wedding was unmatched during our time at Paradise in Rocky Point. The property allowed our entire group to do whatever they wanted from playing on the beach, jumping waves, paddle boarding and kayaking to more peaceful time reading books or watching the World Cup soccer matches in the library. The kitchens were perfect for the large group(s). The actual wedding ceremony was perfect from the long stair processional down to the Beach, to the multiple levels of viewing for the guests, to the photo opportunities at the beach and on the grounds. Anything we needed was accommodated from the property manager. This home was simply perfect for both a family vacation and a wedding. We will definitely consider a stay at Paradise in Rocky Point again.

This is our fourth time staying at Paradise in Rocky Point. We love it more with every visit. The location is superb and the property is fantastic. Not only has it been well maintained over the years, the owners continue to make improvements. Ben, who is onsite, is reliable and quick to respond to any concerns that may come up. Best vacation ever!

I must say this was by far the best vacation ever. Ww arrived to the house and it was in a safe area. Everything inside the home was immaculate and we spent 5 days of pure bliss basking in the sun. The house ia directly the beach. Sunrises and sunsets were just perfect.

Great beachfront ocean views on the elevated deck! Access to a pool no matter which of the homes you rent, hot tub as well! Beach equipment and amenities provided to boot! Beds galore in Casa 2.

I purchased the beautiful and popular premier rental "Paradise in Rocky Point" in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) Mexico in 2021 and have been updating and modernizing the homes since. We have 2 larger homes (one 4 bedroom and one 8 bedroom) sitting on over 1 acre of land with a commanding ocean views. We will be adding a 3rd home to the property sometime in 2024. My family has already made many wonderful lifetime memories here at Paradise, and we hope you do the same!
