Casa 1 is an amazing home that is perched atop a hill in Las Conchas and overlooking the Sea of Cortez with views beyond breathtaking. Featuring four bedrooms (all King size beds) and three bathrooms, the interior of the home is expansive and boasts high brick domed ceilings (bovedas) in almost every room. In the great room you will find 20 ft ceilings and a large sitting area with leather couches and 10 ft rectangular dining table. Several steps up you'll find a spacious kitchen with commercial size (6 foot wide) refrigerator/freezer and plenty of supplies to prepare your meals. The master suite is its own separate space and has beautiful hand carved doors at its entrance. Separate A/C (and heat) controls just for the master. Here, you can discover your own little retreat, with office space, fireplace, TV and Oceanside sitting area in addition to its own private patio space. The outdoor space for this home includes a large, covered patio furnished with a couch and chairs to relax in, lounge chairs to lay on, as well as Adirondack chairs to sit back and watch the ever changing scenery. The negative edge pool overlooks the ocean and with water cascading down a large rock wall to the mid level patio. The mid level patio also has a circular fire pit and plenty of chairs to sit and watch the stars come out at night. There is an outdoor shower to clean off when you return from the ocean. You can also go down one more level and sit under the oceanside palapas. This home offers a lot of privacy and quiet, individual spaces, but also a larger great room and outdoor space for all to gather. No matter which part of great room you are in, you can enjoy views of the beach along the Sea of Cortez.

Casa 2 is decorated in vibrant Mexican colors, this home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The upper floor has a complete kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 4 persons and is completely stocked for your use. There is a dining area with a large, round table which seats 8 - and a spacious breakfast bar seating 5 guests. There is plenty of room to gather and enjoy your guest’s company. In addition, there is a cozy sitting area where you can relax or read a book. From the kitchen and the dining area you can look out onto the patio and see the expansive ocean, horizon and beyond. There are two hallways located on each side of the upper level. One side has two bedrooms: one with a king bed (2 people), and other one has two single beds plus one set of bunk beds (4 people). The other side has three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king bed (2 people) and private bath; one room with two single beds (2 people); and the third room with a single bed plus a set of bunk beds (3 people). Between these halls is the main bathroom that has access from both sides through double sink area and private toilet room with private shower room as well. Go down the spiral staircase to the lower level to a family room. Perfect place to watch TV, a movie or sit and play games. In addition, you will find a queen size wall/Murphy bed (2 people) and full bath on this level. This is where you will also find the 6th bedroom. It is a large bedroom with King bed (2 people) it’s own full bathroom and patio area. Off the lower family room is an entrance/exit to a lower patio and you can access the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom casita on this level as well. The outside patio has a 20 x 30 palapa with 4 chaise lounges and has a fan and light under it. There is a private pool and 2 outdoor showers and a half bath close to the pool. You will find several round tables with chairs or stools as well and Adirondack chairs and patio chairs at various locations. Head closer to the ocean to enjoy the hot tub, relax in a hammock under the gazebo or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the views.

Casita adds an additional 670 sq feet to Casa 2 and has A/C throughout. There are 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 guests in 2 queen size beds It has a small kitchenette and a dining area. Additionally, there is a cozy sitting area where you can relax or read a book. The casita has direct access to the lower living area of casa 2.

Casa 3 is a separate home just next to Casa 1. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. One bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, while there is a 2nd bathroom that can be shared with the rest of the home. Full size kitchen with eat-in bar, plus dining area make this space fully functional and separate from the other homes. Enjoy your own BBQ, deck space, spa and access to the beach. With a sofa bed, it comfortably sleeps 6.
