The J Beach house

The J House is furnished with pretty much everything you will need to make the best of your stay. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster, microwave, Flatware and a dishwasher, also has a bottle of fresh filtered water.

Both bathrooms have a shower that are supplied with fresh water. There is an additional shower off the back patio to use after a dip in the ocean. If you choose not to bring any food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Both bathrooms have showers that are supplied with fresh water. There is an additional shower off the back patio to use after a dip in the ocean. If you choose not to bring any food there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The beach is only a stone’s throw away. Watch the tide come in while you are hanging out with friends and family while barbequing on the patio. Dolphin watching is a favorite for most visitors and sometimes you may even get lucky enough to spot a whale in the distance. Make yourself comfortable this is your vacation!

If you enjoy being indoors, you will definitely enjoy the main living area. It has all the comforts you would need being away from home. This vacation getaway beach home includes just about every amenity you could find at home like a DVD Player with surround sound and Satellite Television. Relax, Take a load off.

The Master bedroom is located on the west side of the J House, this room is fitted with a King size bed and a fireplace. The Sea of Cortez is Viewable from to Large Corner windows. Easy access to the patio.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Make sure to leave the $85 cleaning fee on the kitchen island upon departure for the cleaning lady
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Long weekend

House has awesome beach front and a private courtyard. Satellite tv in both bedrooms is a nice touch. Dia de los Muertos festivities were a blast on Rodeo Drive.

Supreme Spring Break!

The J. Beach house is by far the best place we have ever rented in the many years we have been coming down. It is so we'll appointed and the beds were so comfy!! Not to mention that it is so close to town but so private. We will be returning for sure!!

Great access to the beach

The sunsets each evening were so cool. The architecture of the home was very intriguing and beautiful. The access from the road through the back courtyard was very private and we spent quite a bit of time out there. The home was spacious and everything was easy to find and use. We had a really amazing stay at the beach.

It was as nice in person as it appeared on the website. Right on the beach with easy access (but not if you have trouble with stairs or can't walk up hills, etc.). It was great for our dogs. Felt very safe. The beds/bedding were WONDERFUL and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed.

Excellent Home

I've stayed in a few other home rentals in the past in Rocky Point and they all have the same "rental" feeling, the J Beach house on the other hand feels like at home, very relaxing beautiful decorations in all rooms, it has everything you need, beautiful views of the ocean, what else can you ask for! I hope to come back soon.

Seaside Getaway

Amazing views and great patio overlooking the ocean. Nice appliances and extremely well appointed kitchen. Plus lots of margarita glasses! Beds were very comfortable too. End of December so may not be typical but beach was all but deserted. Would definitely come back.

Beautiful home and perfect location

What a wonderful place. We had a great time playing on the beach, eating seafood (steaming fresh clams and grilling shrimp, then enjoying them on the spacious patio overlooking the ocean), visiting, relaxing and swimming. The house is very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Gail was very helpful providing good info and responding promptly to my questions. It's only a short distance to restaurants and shops, yet very private and quiet. I have already recommended this property friends and am looking forward to a return visit myself!

This house and Gail (the owner) are AMAZING!

We unfortunately only were taking a short trip and were only here 2 nights, but we will stay at this property again! The house is beautiful and right on the beach. There is everything you need there! The view is gorgeous! The decor is beautiful! They let me take my lil furry babies who loved it too! Gail is very responsive and attentive and asks if you need anything throughout the stay! She was greatly appreciated! We will definitely be renting this home again, loved it!

It was very calm and quite. It gets really dark being away from the city. Traffic goes by pretty fast. Didnt have any water issues. Power went out once but for a really short time.

I have owned in Mexico for 30 years and it's great. I love going to the beach and diving, snorkeling, jet skiing, etc.

Why they chose this property

There is no beach like this one. I can walk out my house down to the beach and be the only person there. We have all kinds of marine life, we swim with the dolphins. The water is warm and clear. I can shore dive, snorkel etc.

What makes this property unique

Small and very safe town. Peace and quiet. Every room has a view of the water.
