Sleeping up to eight guests, this stunning coastal home sits just a two-minute stroll down one of Tenby’s characterful streets to the beach, where sweeping views of Caldey Island and the Pembrokeshire coast await.


Celebrating its elegant Georgian heritage, 2 Olive Buildings offers timeless character, thoughtful comforts, and an inviting atmosphere, the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to experience Tenby’s unique charm in an authentic period home.


Pembrokeshire offers a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation, from ancient castles to wildlife-rich islands, sandy beaches and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Path, the only coastal national park in the UK, where dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and scenic walking trails stretching for miles.


Among its coastal gems are Tenby and Saundersfoot—two neighbouring towns with distinct charm. Tenby, with its iconic colourful harbour, medieval town walls, and award-winning beaches, is perfect for a blend of culture and sea air. Just a few miles away, Saundersfoot offers a quieter vibe, with a pretty harbour, family-friendly beach, and a growing foodie scene. Both towns are connected by the scenic Pembrokeshire Coast Path, making it easy to explore their beauty on foot while soaking in some of the best views in Wales.


The nearby towns of Narberth, Amroth or a bit further afield St David's, the smallest city in the UK, can be easily reached by car, if you feel like a change of scenery, but don’t forget the amazing family attractions in the area too.

As you step into the property through the front door, you’re greeted by the beautifully preserved Georgian character — a long wooden hallway offering access upstairs and downstairs, as well as leading directly out to the enclosed back garden.

A relaxing lounge features a real coal/wood-burning fire, two long comfortable sofas, a snug armchair, a futon bench, a relaxing rocking chair, reading lamps, a coffee table, and a Smart TV.


Dining room


A cozy and inviting dining room, perfect for enjoying meals with family and friends, playing a game of chess, or writing a postcard at the dedicated writing table. You’ll also find a selection of books to enjoy while relaxing in the comfortable chair by the window.


Kitchen


At the end of the hallway, toward the back garden, you’ll find a compact, fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for preparing a light meal or snack, it features an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, fridge, and freezer for convenient storage of refreshments.

Walking down to the basement, you’ll discover a bright and airy kitchen, fully equipped for all your self-catering needs. It features a stylish dual electric/gas double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, alongside a wooden dining table with seating for eight — perfect for preparing and enjoying family meals together in the warm, inviting atmosphere of the home.

Just down the hall in the basement, you’ll find a traditional high-level toilet and sink, along with a washer/dryer for your laundry needs.

On the half-landing as you head upstairs to the first-floor bedrooms, you’ll find the family bathroom, complete with a shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin with mirror, and a wall-mounted mirrored cupboard for storing your toiletries and cosmetics.

The fourth bedroom, also on the second floor, features a king-size bed that can be split into twin singles upon request, with bedside tables and lamps. It offers ample storage, an ornamental fireplace, and a comfortable single chair and futon — perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quiet read.

The second floor also features a family shower room, complete with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and washbasin with mirror.

At the end of the ground-floor hallway, you’ll find a fully-enclosed walled courtyard. This charming garden offers a peaceful outdoor space within the town — perfect for relaxing in the sunshine after a day of sightseeing. A kettle-style BBQ is also provided, ideal for enjoying an evening meal al fresco.

Please note that 2 Olive Buildings is a lovingly preserved Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. As with many period homes of this age, guests should expect charming quirks and age-related features that reflect its historic character.
