The branch line railway station with service to St Ives is a 5 minute walk away. Or, take the Southwest Coastal Path from the bottom of the garden to St Ives in about 35 minutes. This single-level first floor flat is accessed at the rear of the flat, down three steps from road level.

Kitchen: Electric cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

Bedroom 1: Double bed (4’6), 2 bedside tables with drawers, fitted wardrobe and cabinet with dressing table, chest of drawers. En Suite Shower Room: Shower cubicle, wc and wash basin, heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3'), bedside table with drawers, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe with dressing table.

Bathroom: Shower over bath, wash basin, wc. Heated towel rail.


GARDEN AND PARKING:. Front sloping communal terrace garden, laid to lawn with folding garden chairs. Parking port for one car in a private car park opposite the entrance to the flats.




Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Night storage heating.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen, towels, bath mats, two tea towels and oven cloth provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: None provided.

Beach: 0.1 ml. Shop: 0.3 ml.
