Welcome to Whitby Wishes, a charming one-bedroom first-floor apartment set within the iconic Metropole, one of Whitby’s most recognisable buildings and a proud feature of the town’s skyline.. All on the First Floor:

Built in the late 1800s as a grand hotel, the Metropole still retains its elegance and heritage, you can still enjoy the beautiful old ballroom when events are held, as well as a welcoming bar and a Chinese restaurant which are within the building. Set high on the West Cliff, the Metropole looks out over Whitby’s sweeping golden beach, which can be reached by a zigzagging path leading down to the shore lined with colourful beach huts.
