Casa Ottavio is a simple and cozy vacation home for rent to spend vacations by the sea in Campomarino di Maruggio on the Ionian coast of Salento.
The house is only 200 meters from the nearest beach , the ideal place for those who want a relaxing and comfortable vacation, a stone`s throw from the main services.
There are accessories: air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, etc.

The entrance hallway leads to the living room, furnished with 1 sofa bed and TV, next to the kitchen. The sleeping area consists of 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms . A shower room completes the interior.
At the back of the house is a furnished outdoor space for outdoor dining.

renowned seaside resort in the Taranto Ionian arch, lively in summer,
with all services at hand.
The location is strategic, in the
center of Campomarino, a short walk from the port, the beach and clubs
and stores. The sea is within walking distance.
Campomarino is a
popular resort for its golden sandy beaches and crystal clear sea, ideal
for swimming, sunbathing or water sports.
Nearby you can visit
other wonders of Salento, such as the fascinating cities of Lecce and
Taranto, immerse yourself in nature with the reserves and the
surrounding countryside, a place where relaxing vacation combines with

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
