Tater-du is a contemporary first floor apartment in the village of Porthcurno, just a short walk from the stunning Porthcurno beach. The house sleeps two people and has one double bedroom and a shower room. The apartment has an open plan living area with galley kitchen area and breakfast bar. The property has a small decked balcony with table and chairs. There’s off road parking for two cars. Located just a short walk from the beach and the Porthcurno Telegraph museum, Tater-du is an excellent holiday home at any time of year. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. This property has a good house keeping bond of 150GBP

Region: Cornwall’s visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain’s premier holiday destinations.

Town: The small village of Porthcurno is situated four miles from Land’s End on the south coast of West Cornwall. The village has a sandy beach, a café, a restaurant that’s open during the summer season and cliff-top and coastal walks. Porthcurno is also home to the Museum of Global Communications, where you can learn about the underwater cables that connected the village to various places around the world. To the west of Porthcurno is the famous Minack Theatre, which is a superb open air venue with 750 seats and boasts views across Porthcurno Bay to The Lizard. Close by is Land’s End, the most westerly point of mainland England offering something for all the family, and also within reach are lovely Cornish towns and villages, including the popular resorts of Penzance and St Ives. A delightful base for exploring this part of Cornwall.
