The house has 2 full bathrooms with flag, one of them en suite and a third outdoor bathroom that serves the swimming pool. From every corner of the house, you can enjoy views of the garden and the private pool, ideal for relaxing in the midst of nature.



Outdoor Area Barbecue

The exterior of the estate is a true gem.

Next to the private pool, you will find a spacious barbecue area under a porch that completely covers the space, perfect for cooking and enjoying the outdoors.

It includes an additional refrigerator, countertop, and everything necessary to prepare meals outside, making it the ideal area for gatherings and sunset dinners.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price.

A charge of 0.41 Euro/kwh will be applied for electricity consumption, which will be paid at the end of the stay.

To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times a week for garden and pool maintenance.
