A great location that’s very close to the beach, the Renfe train station, city bus lines, and many local cafes.The apartment is clean, spacious, and quite modern. And Saul is quickly responsive to inquiries.
These Monk Parakeets are a treat to see. (And hear....)

My experience at this accommodation was excellent. The apartment was spotless—very clean, modern, and carefully maintained down to the smallest detail. I was also pleasantly surprised that it felt more spacious in person than in the photos, which made the stay even more comfortable. It’s clear that this is not a typical low-quality tourist apartment.The location is perfect, very well connected to the city center, the airport, and other cities by train and bus.The host was very attentive and offered me the option of parking within the same building, which made my stay much easier. I would also highlight that the apartment includes a small workspace with a monitor, which is ideal for remote work.I would definitely stay here again.

Mi estancia ha sido excelente. El trato con el anfitrión fue genial, siempre atento y facilitando todo. Además, me dio la bienvenida con una botellita de vino, agua y café gratuito, un detalle muy agradable.El piso estaba impoluto, se notaba que todo era nuevo, muy bien decorado y cuidado al detalle.Las llaves virtuales y la aplicación del huésped hicieron todo muy cómodo y fácil durante la estancia. Además, opté por el parking en el mismo edificio y fue una gran ventaja.También destaco que cuenta con lavadora y secadora, lo que me permitió lavar la ropa para los siguientes días de viaje.Si vuelvo a Málaga, sin duda repetiría con Saúl y volvería a alquilar este apartamento.

Desde el primer momento, la gestión fue impecable y el propietario muy amable, atento y siempre disponible para cualquier consulta, lo que hizo que todo fuera fácil y agradable.El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y era muy cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Además, ha sido ideal para teletrabajar, con buena conexión a internet, un ambiente tranquilo y un espacio cómodo para trabajar sin problemas.La ubicación es muy buena, en una zona tranquila pero bien comunicada, con servicios y transporte cercanos.En general, una experiencia totalmente positiva. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda y volvería a alojarme aquí.
