12 Churchtown is a charming old Cornish Cottage right in the heart of the bustling village of St Agnes, and just 10 mins walk from the beautiful sandy beaches and SW coastal path.
Ideal for young families, or a spacious retreat for couples, the cottage has been completely renovated and is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, spacious and homely base to relax and explore from!
The house includes a large king size main bedroom, a smaller second bedroom suitable for 2 children or an adult (or couple willing to share a smaller room!), plus a double sofa bed in the living room, with logburner and ample space to relax and watch the world go by outside, then downstairs a spacious and well furnished kitchen dining room and an additional snug for kids or pets.
We can also provide a high chair, travel cot and kids cutlery and plates to make your stay with children easier.
