Welcome to this charming holiday villa, where you will find everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable holiday.



Exterior: Situated on a fully enclosed plot to provide privacy and security, this villa has level access to the property, with only a small step. There is parking space for up to 3 or 4 vehicles and a pool area with a built-in barbecue, perfect for gathering outdoors. You will also find a refreshing outdoor shower to enjoy after a day by the pool.



Ground floor: Upon entering through the main door, you will be welcomed by a common area on the ground floor, where there is a small utility room. You will also find a shared toilet with a shower tray. The spacious fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, whilst the spacious dining room offers direct access to the terrace and pool, and is equipped with air conditioning for added comfort. There is a bedroom with air conditioning and a 150cm bed.



First floor: Going up the internal stairs, you will reach the first floor, where there is a cosy room with a 150x190 double bed and air conditioning. There is also a second room with a 135x190 double bed and access to a terrace. 3 further bedrooms are located on this floor, all of which have two single beds. In addition, you will find two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and bidet, and another with a shower tray.
