In spring, the lush green of the vineyards and olive groves after the rain; in fall, the warm colours of the countryside, the grape harvest, the olive harvest, and the scents wafting through the village streets.<br>This home is the ideal place to experience Tuscany with tranquility, authenticity, and beauty.<br>The apartment is located in the heart of the main square of an ancient Tuscan village and features three double bedrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa, a dining area with a table, two bathrooms, and a large, fully equipped kitchen.<br>You can buy cured meats, cheeses, artisanal pasta, and local products and prepare them in the comfort of your home, perhaps pairing them with a bottle of one of the excellent local wines.<br>The panoramic terrace is perfect for starting the day with breakfast outdoors or for relaxing in the evening while watching one of the marvellous sunsets over the Tuscan countryside.<br>On the lower level, you’ll find the private garden and pool, both for guests’ exclusive use. Next to the pool is a pleasant dining area where you can host barbecues and outdoor dinners.<br>The outdoor area is fully fenced and secure, making it ideal for those travelling with pets.<br>For cycling enthusiasts, there is a dedicated space to store bikes. You can also rent bikes directly on-site.<br>The house is strategically located for exploring Tuscany: the major art cities and the coast, with its beautiful beaches, are approximately one hour to an hour and a half away by car.<br>About 11 km away is also the famous Teatro del Silenzio, where Andrea Bocelli holds his spectacular concerts every July.<br>The surrounding area is full of small villages, farms, and wineries.
