Orchard Cottage - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2
Orchard Cottage is a charming detached bungalow in a lovely residential area. A short walk down through the Byes National Trust parkland to the picturesque town and seafront or walk from the door to join the coastal path via beautiful woodland. Stroll up the Byes for a pub lunch at the Blue Ball. Drive to the River Cottage HQ for a meal or cookery course, go by water taxi to the River Exe award winning cafe or simply rest, relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of Orchard Cottage. You will be spoilt for choice!
An attractive, comfortably furnished sitting room with large bay window overlooking a pretty cottage garden. Well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. Light airy bedroom with very comfortable double bed, top quality bedding and plenty of storage. Fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath, (from 15th May this property will have a walk in shower instead of a bath), washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail. Garden furniture and cushions to enjoy the lavender, roses and honeysuckle in the sun catching garden. Unrestricted roadside parking opposite property.
